About eleven years ago I was dubbed “La Reina de Pesca” by the president of the cooperative at the marina. To make a long story short, I came to Loreto in 1999 with my pick up and my dog. I had a fledgling sport fishing business in a foreign country in a language I didn’t speak. I fell in love with the beauty, the abundance of the sea around us and especially the freedom of the people who live from it. I too live from it and so do millions of other people. We must take care of this “Aquarium of the World” and I must help make this happen in our small part of it.
